By purchasing a coaching session through this website, you agree to the following terms.


1. Nature of Services

1:1 Coaching Sessions are strategic advisory conversations focused on business pricing, positioning, operations, leadership, and decision-making.

Coaching services are educational and informational in nature and are intended to provide perspective, strategy, and brainstorming support.

Coaching sessions do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.


2. No Guarantees

Business outcomes depend on numerous variables including implementation, market conditions, business model, and individual execution.

Because of these factors, no guarantees are made regarding financial results, business growth, or specific outcomes.

Clients are solely responsible for the decisions they make and how they implement guidance discussed during coaching sessions.


3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your coaching session request.

Sessions are not reserved until payment has been successfully processed.


4. Refunds & Scheduling

All coaching session purchases are final and non-refundable.

Sessions are not eligible for rescheduling.

If a client cannot attend the scheduled session, a recorded session reviewing the client’s submitted business information will still be delivered.


5. Limitation of Liability

TEXAS RE-KEY SERVICE, INC., Ken Jennings, and its representatives are not liable for business decisions made by clients as a result of coaching conversations or recommendations.

Clients assume full responsibility for how they choose to implement any ideas or strategies discussed.


6. Governing Law

These terms and policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Coaching Session Refund & Delivery Policy

By purchasing a coaching session through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy.

All coaching session purchases are final once the session request has been submitted and payment has been processed.

Due to the time-based and preparation-based nature of consulting services, we do not offer refunds for scheduled sessions.

Ken reviews each intake form and prepares for the session in advance. The time reserved for your session is dedicated specifically to reviewing your business situation and providing strategic guidance.



Session Attendance

Clients are encouraged to attend their scheduled session live via Zoom in order to ask questions and participate in real-time discussion.

However, attendance is not required to receive the coaching service.

If a client is unable to attend the scheduled time, Ken will still conduct the 30-minute strategy session and record the session, reviewing the client’s submitted information and providing recommendations based on the intake form.

The recording will be delivered to the client after the session.



Rescheduling Policy

Because preparation occurs in advance and time is reserved specifically for each client, coaching sessions cannot be rescheduled.

Clients are asked to provide three preferred scheduling options when submitting their session request. Ken will make every effort to accommodate the first preferred time when possible.

Once a session time is confirmed, the session will proceed at that time whether the client attends live or receives the recorded session.



Late Arrival or No-Show

If a client joins the session late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

If the client does not attend the session, the session will still be conducted and recorded based on the information submitted in the intake form.

No refunds or credits are issued for missed sessions.
